Description

This coat is a must have for the field. The shooting coat from Coloniaire is made from supple goat suede adapted with a paraffin wax finish. The garment is designed with a full range of traditional shooting features. Utility at the core, therefor the chest hand warmer pockets contain a retainer strap for the flaps of the cartridge bellows pockets to ensure you have easy access when loading. To avoid opening your coat in cold weather, a security zip pocket can be found under the center placket in addition to the internal ones. A high collar with a hidden hoodie inside and knitted storm cuffs stops cold air or rain from entering the sleeves. The coat has a pleated action-back so that movement is not restricted. The inside of the center placket comes in a contrast orange coloured goat suede for signal/precaution. The upper interior is lined with a plaid cotton flannel and the lower part with a solid coloured flannel.

·         Snap-buttons in vintage brass metal hidden under center placket

·         Knitted internal storm cuffs in end of sleeves in orange colour

·         Recoil reducing pad on the interior part of upper chest on both sides

·         2 lower special designed large bellows pockets to hold cartridges. Pockets also featuring retainer straps

·         1 passepoille pocket for the radio/walky-talky

·         High collar stand with a hoodie inside the collarstand in nylon

·         Padded and quilted arm-bow patches in camel coloured suede

·         Action back cut for ease of movement

·         Contrast orange suede for inside of collarstand, inside of center placket and for storm placket

·         The coat is delivered on a suede hanger with a brass logo
